1. What we need?

KIA MOTORS BULGARIA – SOFIA LTD, a Controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide us. We collect the following types of personal data from you:
Name, surname and family name, driving license, telephone, email - for test drive
Name, surname and family name, mail, phone - to issue an offer
PIN, ID card - to sign a contract
Name, surname and family name, PIN, ID card, email, phone - to visit our service station
Name, surname and family name; mail - for marketing events
Name, surname and family name, PIN, ID card, CCTV - to perform annual technical inspection

2. Why we need it?

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the following services:

Test drive
Offer, contract
Service station
Marketing events
Annual technical inspection

3. What we do with it?

Your personal data is processed by KIA MOTORS BULGARIA – SOFIA LTD, at the following address: 144 Tsarigradsko shose blvd., 1138 Sofia, Bulgaria. Hosting and storage of your data takes place in the following address: 144 Tsarigradsko shose blvd., 1138 Sofia, Bulgaria.
No third party providers have access to your data, unless specifically required by law. 

4. How long we keep it?

Under Bulgarian law and according to the Data Retention Policy, we are required to keep your documents for the periods below:
1 year - if we have your data in connection with marketing events or a submitted offer
2 years - if we have your personal data, in connection with an annual technical inspection
3 years - if we have your data in connection with a test drive
10 years - if we have your personal data, in connection with a contract or a visit to our service
After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by us until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

5. What are your rights?

Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact us through Data Subject Access Request Form, available at http://www.kia.bg/.
In the event that you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data, please contact us at data.protection@kia.bg or in writing at 144 Tsarigradsko shose blvd., 1138 Sofia, Bulgaria. Our Personal data responsible person will then look into your complaint and work with you to resolve the matter.
If you still feel that your personal data has not been handled appropriately according to the law, you can contact Commission for Personal Data Protection and file a complaint with them.
