Program for loyal customers developed by Kia Motors Bulgaria (KMB) is the first in its own way initiative in the automotive industry on the territory of our country. The program objective is to provide our loyal customers with priority service in offices, workshops and KMB dealer network, and to offer various extra benefits on the use of leasе and rent-a-car services. Our mission is to take special care and advise you not only at purchasing your car, but throughout its use. Thus, in addition to the advantages of KIA models - quality, comfort, economy and the longest warranty, you can join a special club, created just for you - our customers.

Advantages of loyal customers

Every KIA car owner can join the club. We will provide bonuses as discounts, promotions and additional services offered by Kia Motors Bulgaria as well as our partners - BL lease (for leasing transactions) and Europcar Bulgaria (for rent-a-car services).

We have prepared two types of club membership cards, which will be your identification at visiting KIA dealerships in Bulgaria, as well as our partners in the program. The cards will give different advantages to its owner according to the following conditions.

Membership cards 

1. KIA Classic. Owner’s preferences:

  • 3% discount on spare parts for warranty car and a 10% discount for out-of-warranty car
  • Free seasonal reviews - 2 times a year (summer-winter)
  • Additional discount when buying a second car depending on the model and corresponding modification on condition that the vehicle is not in promotion
  • 10% discount when renting a car from Europcar Bulgaria for driving throughout the country
  • Preferential terms when buying a second car leased by BLL
  • Preferential conditions at KIA model buy back
  • Free road assistance in Bulgaria for car warranty defect by the end of car warranty period
  • Advantage at test drive registration for new KIA model
  • Newsletter with update information about current promotions and exclusive offers

 2. KIA VIP. Owner’s preferences:

  • 8% discount on spare parts for warranty car and a 15% discount for out-of-warranty car. Priority servicing.  
  • Free seasonal reviews - 2 times a year (summer-winter)
  • Additional discount when buying a subsequent KIA car depending on the model and corresponding modification on condition that the vehicle is not in promotion
  • Europcar Bulgaria VIP rate for renting and driving throughout the country
  • Europcar Bulgaria Privilege card for traveling abroad
  • Preferential terms when buying a subsequent KIA car leased by BLL
  • Preferential conditions at KIA model buy back
  • Free road assistance in Bulgaria for car warranty defect by the end of car warranty period
  • Providing a replacement vehicle up to 5 days for car warranty defect and failure to correct the problem within 10 working days
  • Advantage at test drive registration for new KIA model
  • Newsletter with update information about current promotions and exclusive offers

 Program membership conditions

The holders of KIA Classic membership card have to be natural or legal persons, owners of KIA vehicle, registered in www.kia.bg , who have not benefited from KMB discounts and preferences. The holders of KIA VIP membership card have to be natural or legal persons, owners of 2 or more KIA vehicles. KMB team will assist KIA club card holders in the application of damages only at KIA insurance partners. Both club cards have a one year duration and are valid for submission at all authorized dealers of KIA in Bulgaria. The membership cards are obtained in person from KMB Headquarters in Sofia.
